Title: Twas the Episode Before Christmas

Aired: Tuesday, December 17th

Best Quotes:

That episdoe was great! Well, except for one little thing... I'll get to it later. It was able to keep the Christmas theme while still keeping the humor and charm we come to love for the show.

The banter between Maddy and David was great. The plot was decent, though not outstanding. I think what hurted the plot was that they made Richard Belzer a straigh bad-guy, instead of utilizing his comedic skills like in the movie Night Shift. Agnes did have more screen time than she deserves, but lucikly some of it was with Maddie and David. Thank goodness, I don't care for her that much.

And yes, they once again broke the forth wall at the end of the episode, and that's where this one little thing occured that really, REALLY, REALLY ticked me off. Anyhow, let's begin!

The episode started with a couple sleeping in an apartment building with a baby in the crib. They heard some noise, so the man got up and investigated it. It was indeed two men. One of which is Richard Belzer, as I mentioned earlier, another is some tall dude who is supposed to be the muscle, though honestly, he doesn't really look that intimatating. They wanted to see him. We found out that the man knew the invaders and that he once snitched on him. He was in a witness protection program, which apprently failed him. There was no explaination given on how they found him, but if you know how things go in this country, you really don't need one.

Anyhow, they decided to kill him, by throwing him out of the balcony, but first they force him to drink some alcohol, so that it will appear that he fell off due to his drunkeness. I know that alcohol levels go up quick, but not that quick! While they were getting him drunk the wife saw it and decided to get the baby and leave the place while they were distracted. The tall guy threw the man out of their balcony. Luckily they didn't show it.

The woman ran up the steps and the baby was crying, thus Richard was able to spot her. The starwell was a square-like but spiral, with a big hole in the middle. you could basically see the apartment floor from the hole, so it wasn't hard for him to spot her above. I'd say she was about seven floors above him. The show then cuts to Agnes' room. She is preparing her laundry while singing "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town", sounding like one of Santa's elves. She is wearing a big red Christmas nightgown with a red Christmas cap, looking like a fat Christmas ornament. She should seriously think about Weight Watchers...

Anyhow, while Agnes was taking her dirty clothes to the laundry room, the women with the baby got to the floor and saw Agnes door cracked open. Quikly she went in there hid, locking the door behind her. Richard got to the floor and went to the laundry room, only to spot Agnes. Guess he left after that. Afterwards, Agnes went back to her room, but found the door lock. Luckily for her, she had her keys and opened the door, and her surprise the baby was on the floor, in one of her laundry baskets.

The scene now shifts to the next day at the agency. Maggie walks to the office. She is looking stunning here! Wearing a silky light-pink suit with a matching skirt and white blouse. She is also wearing some necklaces that also matches her suit and skirt. He hair was shoulder-lenght and curly, really well done, and she didn't have a lot of makeup on. She was simply breathtaking... Anyhow, as she walks in to the office, she see the employees busy taking phone calls. She knew it has to be one of David's crazy schemes. Furious, she walked into his office, and saw him talking to someone, answering first with a "Ho ho ho!" Later on in the conversation, he finds out that he's talking to a 23-year old woman name Ingrid. Immediately the talk turned intimate. Go ahead Dave!

While during the conversation, Maddie burst into the office, demanding to know what is going on. Dave then tells her he set up a 900-number Santa's hotline.
